Only what you enter in the form on this site: from and to, loading date, vehicle type, cargo description and weight, your name, phone or messenger, and the order file if you attach one.

Why

To prepare a quote, contact you about your request and, if you agree, conclude a transport contract.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by clicking the button that sends the form (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). For customers in the EU: Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Who has access

Smart Trans Group logistics managers and management. The data is stored in our business system on secure servers in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

No longer than 3 years from the request date, or until you withdraw consent, if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, for as long as accounting law requires.
